Directions

Peacefulí

Adults: 2 sprays 3 times a day or as often as needed directly in the mouth. Children under 12: 1 spray as above. 

Melatonin

Take 30 drops (or two 1/2 full droppers) a half hour before bedtime directly in mouth. Repeat serving as needed during the night.

Cellergy
