Directions

Allergy Escape
Adults: Spray 2 squirts under tongue 3 times per day or as needed.
Children 2 to 12: Use 1 squirt as above.

Elderberry
30 drops or 3/4 of dropper 1 to 3 times a day directly in mouth or mixed in water or juice
Long-term use to build a healthy immune response: 10 drop daily as above
For children under 12: Always mix with water or juice.
Shake well before using.
