Anna - Founder and Natural Health Advocate
Anna’s journey is the heart behind AnnaKare — a lifelong path shaped by nature, family wisdom, and a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal.
Raised among the wild herbs and alpine meadows of Austria, Anna learned the foundations of natural healing from her grandmother, who passed down generations of knowledge about herbal remedies, and from her mother, who introduced her to homeopathy and other holistic ways of caring for oneself and family. These early influences instilled in her a lasting appreciation for healing systems that are gentle, intuitive, and grounded in nature.
While Anna holds a special connection to homeopathy, it is one of many natural modalities that continue to inform her approach to wellness. She is a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and trained in the Schuessler Cell Salt Facial Diagnosis method developed by Kurt Hickethier.
As the founder of AnnaKare, Anna is the inspiration behind many of the remedies developed by our expert team of naturopaths, homeopaths, and herbalists. Her passion for integrative wellness, her love for the outdoors, and her commitment to protecting the natural world continue to shape everything we do.

Kathy - MS in Aromatherapy, LMT, RYT
Kathy Sadowski’s passion for botanicals began as a child, with her Grandmother showing her how to grow a variety of plants. Love was the key element to success, and plants of all varieties flourished with care and knowing what type of environmental conditions best suited their needs.
She learned that taking great care of the plants offered reciprocal benefits. Just as she helped them thrive, the plants in turn seemed more than happy to share their abundances with her. Whether it was the therapeutic benefits of enjoying their company or harvesting their nutritious food and medicinal crops.
As a Massage Therapist, Kathy learned about incorporating essential oils into her practice. There was a magical essence to the tiny bottles of plant extracts, and she wanted to learn more. She achieved a Master of Science Degree in Aromatherapy in 2017, where she was taught the safe and effective way to utilize essential oils and herbs and delved deep into scientific research about the benefits of plant extracts. She also learned that the ways our ancestors used herbs for good health has shown to be effective in modern scientific studies.
“We are interconnected with our natural environment. When we take care of Mother Earth, she returns an abundance of vibrancy into our lives.” -Kathy
