We ship to all destinations in the U.S. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders placed by 11:59 pm EST are processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday. Delivery times are calculated from the time the order is picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Policy

At HomeopathyStore, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

We primarily ship via USPS and FedEx, and may occasionally use UPS depending on the circumstances. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. At this point, our responsibility for the shipping portion of your order is considered fulfilled.

Tips for a Secure Package Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link once your order has shipped. Always track and expect your package. We are not responsible for missing packages after delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, we strongly advise using the carriers' customization options below to ensure a safe arrival of your order:

The USPS offers the HOLD FOR PICK UP option to hold your package at your local post office and to schedule a pick up at a time that is convenient for you. This can be arranged by creating an account at www.usps.com.

FEDEX's Delivery Manager offers users CUSTOMIZED DELIVERY options, such as holding your package at a local Fedex office or other Fedex location until you can securely pick it up. You can sign up for free at www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html.
