Children 2-12: 1 spray as above.
For year-round protection
Adults: 2 sprays daily. Ad hoc when visiting crowded spaces.

Elderberry Liquid Extract

30 drops or 3/4 of dropper 1 to 3 times a day mixed in water or juice
