A Cooling Take on Golden Milk
Golden milk is traditionally enjoyed warm, but this iced version makes it perfect for summer afternoons, slow mornings, or a cooling mid-day pause. Milk of choice gives it a creamy base, cinnamon or cardamom adds gentle warmth, and AnnaKare Organic Fresh Turmeric Liquid Extract makes it easy to enjoy turmeric in liquid form.
AnnaKare Connection
This recipe features AnnaKare Organic Fresh Turmeric Liquid Extract, one of our favorite herbal extracts for everyday natural care.
Turmeric is traditionally loved for supporting whole-body wellness, ease of movement, digestive balance, and antioxidant care. That makes it especially welcome in summer, when longer days, travel, gardening, walking, and outdoor activities can ask more of the body.
In this recipe, our liquid extract makes it easy to enjoy turmeric in a smooth, no-grit iced latte — no turmeric powder needed. Add a touch of cinnamon, cardamom, or ginger for gentle spice.
