Directions

Adults: 2-3 squirts of Bone & Teeth Health Cell Salts under your tongue or in water 3-4 times a day for tooth remineralization. Add 2 squirts of Mag Phos as needed for acute tooth pain.

Children under 12: Use 1 spray as above. Consider squirting the spray into a small glass with 4 to 8 tablespoons of water and sipping the mixture. For small children, administer one tablespoon of the dilution only, or squirt sprays on your child's wrist (inside of wrist) and rub in gently.

Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.
