This easy to use and to understand course was given by 2 certified classical homeopaths who worked well with each other to describe what the 12 Cell Salts were, uses and examples for uses of each of the salts and suggested dosing. The presentation was backed up by power points. If you go to the end of the presentation and print out the 3 page Cell Salts Quick Reference, it is easier to add your own notes here as you go through the course. I found it especially helpful to learn the 3 bone builder cell salts, the 3 most useful for colds/flu, the 3 for detoxing and cleansing, and the 2 for immune support. Being relatively new to homeopathy, I wouldn't have initially put this information together. I also learned that one of the cell salts is considered for use as a First Aid for use after injuries, and other conditions, while another cell salt is often referred to as homeopathic aspirin. I highly recommend this course as a very good introduction to the use of the single cell salts as well as how to use some of them in combination.
