Directions

Adults: 2-3 squirts of each spray under your tongue or in water 3-4 times a day

Children under 12: Use 1 spray as above. Consider squirting the spray into a small glass with 4 to 8 tablespoons of water and sipping the mixture. For small children, administer one tablespoon of the dilution only, or squirt spray on your child's wrist (inside of wrist) and rub in gently.
