Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Send an email to customerservice@homeopathystore.com and request a return authorization number. Mail the return package to:

Customers returning unopened products within 15 days of purchase including a return authorization number on the shipping label will receive a 100% credit of the product price. The full amount will be refunded and charged back to your card.
